Pydantic
MODO is a product and brand studio. We work with founders and teams on identities, interfaces, and the systems behind them. We get into the work early, make ideas tangible, and pay attention to how the details hold together.
When we brought MODO on as our product design partner, we were at that crucial early stage where every design decision would set the foundation for our product’s future. MODO didn’t just deliver designs, they helped us build from the ground up.

What we've been making
Pydantic
Pydantic is the industry standard for Python data validation, with over 70 million monthly downloads and a reputation built on staying out of developers' way. Logfire was their move into observability, and it came with a constraint: show complex technical telemetry without losing the simplicity the community expects from anything carrying Pydantic's name. We led the design end to end and built the core interface from the ground up. The work centred on making dense data legible at speed, designed around deep technical debugging and structured to take on AI driven insights and automated monitoring as the product grew.

MODO quickly understood the context, worked independently, and showed great attention to detail and organisation throughout. I especially appreciated their openness to feedback and how smoothly they collaborated with the wider team.
MODO was a fantastic partner to our Design Systems team. They brought deep expertise in systems thinking and foundational architecture, helping us create a stronger and more scalable design system.
It was a pleasure working with MODO and bringing all the great work together for the redesign of FEELD. Their support was instrumental in helping the team bring the project over the finish line.
